I'm operating face to face and remote sessions in line with current COVID-19 Government & Therapeutic guidelines.

As humans, we can often become irrational in our outlook of the world and how we feel about ourselves and others, which can become disturbing and hinder our ability to progress in life. These unhelpful patterns can be challenged through talking therapy, on the basis that our thoughts can affect the way we feel and behave.  

My approach is to develop and maintain a good therapeutic rapport which can enable you to reach your goals in a realistic, rational and manageable way.

I believe every person has the right and the ability to live their life in a way that’s right for them. Sometimes this isn’t easy, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t possible.

I use Integrative Counselling and Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help people overcome many emotional and mental health issues, including:
